安裝pip install Rtree
在使用中，可以對(duì)點(diǎn)線面元素進(jìn)行索引，對(duì)于點(diǎn)用一個(gè)閾值做外包，對(duì)于線面可以求外包，有外包以后就可以把數(shù)據(jù)插入索引，
然后就可以求相交和臨近。
使用例子：

    hits = list(idx.intersection((50, 45, 60, 60), objects=True))

    hits = list(idx.nearest((50, 45, 60, 60),1,True))
